1:1 Mentoring

I believe that the answer you are searching for is already inside you. My approach will guide you through clearing the conditioning layers and give you the tools and courage for self-leadership in your practice. My one-on-one sessions are a combination of systemic coaching, embodiment practice and professional mentoring from architecture, planning, urban design, and spatial practice.

I bring long experience from 15 years of practice, research and teaching. In addition to talking and visualizing on a Miro board, I love to use methods from my experience as a Fluentbody facilitator, like movement and meditation. I am happy to help you connect with your inner vision and develop your unique personal path as a spatial practitioner.

Process

The one-on-one sessions are perfect for you if you wish to find clarity in your current professional situation, gain confidence to realise your inner calling and take self-leadership in life. Our work together depends on your willingness to transform and commitment. In this intense format, I can support you in taking the courage to make a difference through your own unique spatial practice without seeking confirmation from the outside.
The duration and exact mentoring process are very individual. Here is an example of how it could be structured.

Session 1

Gain clarity about your current situation and untangle some knots where you feel stuck at the moment

Session 2-3

Connect with your resources, envision your spatial practice and make a timeline for your next steps

Session 4-6

Design the organisational and financial structure of your practice and get support throughout the process of realisation

Online via Zoom, supported by a Miro Board. You will get the link via mail after your calendar booking.

How long

I love to take the needed time for my mentoring, which is why my 1:1 sessions are 90 - 120 minutes.

The bodywork sessions accelerate your transformation by helping you connect with and process emotions and beliefs through the body. I practice based on the Pantarei Approach.
